Sacred Seasonal Pause: Summer 2026 (Virtual)

Summer is a time for celebration. In our formative years, summer was a relief from the grind of school and for a lot of people a time to play outside. Multi-week breaks from deadlines and meetings are not something most of us get to enjoy during our working lives. Why be in an office when the swings are calling and the local pool is missing it's mermaid? We'll take time to connect to our inner little girls together. If childhood was a very difficult time for you, that's ok. We're not going in to heal our biggest, hairiest traumas, we're going to make friends with our inner little girls and start opening the door for them to trust us. We'll explore ways to help her find her voice and be more present in our lives. This is forming a solid relationship so we can go deeper into future healing if…
